pain is weakness leaving the body

Friday, 10/18, I joined Planet Fitness. the first gym I've joined since I was right out of high school.

Saturday, 10/19, a friend of mine went with me and signed up as well. after being brutally beat by the elliptical we proceeded to celebrate our mini victory with pedis.

Sunday, 10/20, CUE EXTREME PAIN!!! pain to the point that walking was almost impossible.

Tuesday, 10/22, Pain is getting more manageable, I'm able to sit down, but standing back up is a bit of a challenge. Walking is hilarious. I don't know if my legs are going to cooperate with me and make the next step or if I am going to completely bust ass. I'm thinking about going to the gym tonight and getting on the treadmill, but deathly afraid that I will fall off and be the newest sensation on Tosh.0.......

They say pain is weakness leaving the body... if that's the case then I'll shall be the strongest person in the world!!!

    i sometimes overdo it when i workout. i have been trying to make sure i do a proper cooldown and stretch to prevent some issues. it does get easier and it hurts less and the body get stronger.

    Trust me pain is not weakness leaving the body, pain is cruel and hurtful and it stops you leading the life you want to live, take it from someone who lives whith chronic pain 24/7, so weakness it is not!!!

    Pain lis weakness leaving the body LOL HA I had to comment cos I have daily pain to a level of 6+ from osteoarthritis and fibromylagia. If that is so then I must be some strong!!

    I loved Planet Fitness but had to stop going because there is not one close enough to where I live or work. But great job, I know the feeling for that pain. Just take it slow tonight and work your way up.
