Whole 30 - Round 2 - Day 3

This morning, I still had the "carb flu". I ate the last of the delicious egg casserole, and just felt achy and gross. Not from the casserole, from the carb flu. Slight headache. Slight "ugh" feeling. Fortunately, after a cup of coffee it started to ease a little. As the day continued and the meals continued, I felt better. Now before bed, I'm still a tad "ugh". I am hopeful carb flu will pass in the next day or so.
Breakfast - Egg Casserole
Lunch - Turkey Burger no bun, homemade mayo, normandy blend vegetables, homemade sour kraut (my father in law made it..so yum...must learn to make it myself) and an apple
Dinner - Boiled shredded boneless skinless chicken breast, spinach, bell pepper, tomato, broccoli, cauliflower, EVOO and vinegar for a delicious and large salad
Snack after workout - baked sweet potato
Yes. WE got our workout done today! The hubs did Cardio with me. Power90, level 1-2. While I feel like I could move up to level 3-4 next week, I'm going to stay on 1-2 with the hubs for a few more weeks first.
Also today - I had some fantastic morning prayer time with the Lord. I think this really helped to set the direction and tone of my day. I even posted a WIW post on my regular blog.
This blog however is short and to the point because it's my daily check-in and I am tired. Hoping to get in bed early and get up early so the hubs can workout with me again tomorrow.
Day 3, survived, and looking forward to more health benefits heading our way.
