I did good on Cholesterol (if I can sustain intake for the day, it is early) and good on protein, but calories are kind of high (500 over my high end) and carbs are 66 over my 'low carb' goal. Learning the art of eating healthy and tips to succeed. I really don't want to give up eggs. The Barilla Plus pasta is full of protein but full of calories also. I need to cut it (Barilla Plus) and creamy sauces, and learn to use diced tomatoes with Mrs. Dash or a garlic spice blend.
