One of my goals for this week was to make some kind of chart or calendar to record my exercise and nutrition on. I was searching the internet looking for ideas and found this calendar:
I'm going to start using this. It's undated, so I can use it over and over again. I really like the title, too. Right now I'm mostly focusing on exercising and drinking water, so I'm going to use this calendar to record these two things. It will give me a quick view of how I'm doing each day. I think it will be motivating to see the calendar each day and see my progress.
