Sweat To Prevent A Stroke

In a study of 27,348 people age 45 and older, those who engaged in less than one session a week of moderately vigorous exercise---the kind that's intense enough to make you sweat--- were 20% more likely to experience a stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA, or mini-stroke), over six years than those who logged four or more vigorous sessions per week.
Another very good reason to exercise.........
