FOOD & FITNESS CHALLENGE UPDATE: Numbers all over the place

Almost a month in and my numbers are all over the place, calories & cholesterol. One GREAT thing is that I have significantly and consistently lowered my carbohydrates. I have a written log (w/ numbers) and summary notes for each day so I know where my mistakes are and will be able (God willing) to improve on those areas of weakness. God is good! I MUST WALK MORE!
