November Goals/ Recap

On Oct. 24th I posted the following Goals (will note beside how I did):

Here is my plan for SEVEN days! ( some borrowed from Pinkhope)

1) Limit my calories from sugar. emoticon
2) Eat a minimum of three servings of vegetables a day. emoticon
3) Push play, T25 every weekday! emoticon
4) Do log 10,000+ steps daily. It is so easy to do T25 and say 'but I did my workout'. emoticon
5) Work on stress level. I allow things to 'weigh me down'. emoticon
6) Continue to be active and sit less during the day. emoticon
7) Continue to push water intake. 10+ glasses daily. No soda, limit coffee. emoticon

Not bad! #5 was not achieved but FOOD was not my answer to it either!

November Goals are much the same as Above.

3) Push play, T25 every weekday!
**Check in with Karlie and Sandra, my T25 buddies! **
4) Do log 10,000+ steps daily. It is so easy to do T25 and say 'but I did my workout'.
**12,000 3 + days a week**
5) Work on stress level. I allow things to 'weigh me down'.
**Looking into metitation. Doctors on the 4th to discuss options. **
6) Continue to be active and sit less during the day.
7) Continue to push water intake. 10+ glasses daily. No soda, limit coffee.
** 8) Close the Kitchen after Dinner**
** 9) Give Thanks daily for things *I* do have. **
