absolutely no whining allowed...

Friday, November 15, 2013

watching the news...OMG the horrors that those people will be dealing with for a long long time in the Philippines..nope not a whine from me. I realize that our issues that are here in our face are important..but most of us can figure a way to deal with them..or tolerate or leave. Not an option to the thousands there. My heart just breaks when I think of the children. So sad.

That said..we are here for a purpose..that being to improve our lives. So a focus on that is needed. I just threw it all to the wolves yesterday..to celebrate..eat what I wanted & enjoy.
I did..now ..tis time to pay the band. I danced & enjoyed every bit, bite & taste. Now back to
ahhhhh..."realistic" eating. cause no way on earth is American version of Chinese reasonable.
Even if you do not get the MSG in your food..it is rich & calorie laden ..so once in a while ..is it!

But at this time of year one of my favorite sayings..only because it is so true....

Tis not what you eat from emoticon to emoticon ...rather ,,

It is what you eat from emoticon to emoticon !

I am determined to do the best I can to be the best I can in 2014. I had hoped to be closer to
my goals. I am not..that is a fact. No buts or howevers or whatevers will change that..so..

yeah..thas it!!

So look in the mirror & know that the only person that can really do this work is looking back at ya...smile at them..make it known that you love them..then get with the program!

Got a dream? Great! Got a plan? Super...now let's put legs on those ideas & gett'er did!

The new year looms on the horizon...it is up to me what I do with the days I will be given..

so reckon I better just....start tomorrow with this thought.

one final note..a matter of truth ...

With that I bid you good nite....
