Returning to exercise

After struggling with knee pain, I have found the combination of treatments for it so I can return to working out. The x-rays showed some moderate arthritis in my knee and hands. I had one cortisone shot in my knee and now use voltaren gel and 650 mg of Tylenol. Then I donated my at home exercise bicycle and joined an fitness gym. I love their zumba classes and I am using their personal trainer new member special to find some equipment and exercises to use at the gym. While walking on the track, I met a retired teacher friend to walk with some of the time. I tried their water aerobics, but didn't like it as much as I still had knee pain. I love getting out of the house and listening to my tunes on my iPhone as I exercise.
I feel so much better exercising again after a few months of pain just from walking. So now I hope to meet my 1000 minutes of fitness each month again.
