Tis the weekend...blustry..c
old..but still..the weekend!

Saturday, November 16, 2013

One of my friends here at SP became a GM today..isn't that special!!!

I am delighted for her & her family..what a happy way to start the weekend!

Finding it hard to be motivated without my team..miss them very much.

But life brings changes & some times ya gotta roll with the punches.

Thas one I am working on really hard right now...really focusing on it..

I believe this..& must practice mindful thinking..much like mindful eating..

You only allow what is good, interesting, worth your time..& block the negatives.

My way of explaining it is to say I have a hallway in my mind..there are doors & cabinets

all along the hallway. Some I open daily to let the sunshine in..some I only open when I need

to as they are difficult to deal with & then there are the ones that have locks on them. A huge

Do Not Open sign would be appropriate for those doors & cabinets. There is no need to open

them..they are like Pandora's Box...they only contain painful memories..anger & resentment..

They are packed with all the things I do not want in my life & will remain closed thru the days

of my life!

Yep...& I also need to hold this thought ..review it & apply it....

Tis time to tuck in ..perhaps dream on positive waves of slumber....

with that thought I bid one & all .......

I agree with you...Sometimes we get so involved with all the teams and blogs that we forget about us and just keep posting away!!! I have stopped being on teams and I have to get off a FB team too...because it will totally consume you!!
