I love...no other word for it..I love PBJ's.. I could eat one every day for a week & be a happy girl.
So I made one today...& I measured to be sure what I did was what was said on the food tracker.
OMG..no..it can't be that many calories!! Well, fact is..if it is that many calories..then it will have to be worked into my "food budget". Some things cannot be given up. Cream in my morning coffee & my PBJ's are high on that list.
Does anyone use this ?? I just found it the other day..& thought it was interesting. I will admit to being stuck on the calories in...calories out way of thinking. If you burn it you earn it..right?
My neighbor offered me some of whatever the newest miracle pill is that TV is promoting.
Then said..by the way it made me tachycardic & my b/p shot thru the roof. & so she gives it to me.. OH hey...thanks friend! So I shook my lil empty head & said..No thanks don't think so!!
I've done this..yes I have. not good ..don't try it..I definitely do not recommend it!
tonites meal was thought out..& balanced with lots of veggies..some brown rice..a lil olive oil & baked chicken chunks..mmm mmm stir fry...love it. a nice crisp salad & I was doing good!
I still need to finish my nite out with some yoga...might dance with Mr T for a bit..
The downward dog is especially difficult as I have 3 lil doggies that are sure my face needs
a good licking..that my fingers need cleaning & that there is no reason for me to remain like
a statue for more than a few seconds..then it is kissie time again. oh yeah..got to do my
modified plank..my shoulders will not hold up for a full plank yet..but am gradually building to
that.. it is such a great exercise.
It uses so many muscles for so little (sic) effort.
Now off to tend to those things I must..
