There I was covered with doggie hair..been clipping my very shaggy Pom & that is like sheering
a sheep! Hair everywhere..& I mean everywhere! DH walks in ..glances at the clippers.. OH says
me ..I suppose you want a hair cut too.. Yep he replies..well get in line. Dern it..he did!!
Then while trimming his hair he says..how does lobster sound tonite? Now?? TONITE??
OMG..YEs yes yes ...let's go..well shower first!
Jumped in the truck & off to town..HE ordered a real live whole lobster, which I named Henry.
I ate shrimp & talapia broiled..& felt so righteous but even so did not eat all of it & was full..
OH yeah..doing a happy dance..at one time I woulda scarfed the entire meal down & burped!
now I ate healthy...did not eat it all & still feel like it was tooo much..thas a good thing ..right?
In the AM..won't say tomorrow..for as we all know there is no such thing as tomorrow!
In the AM I will eat a good breakfast of oatmeal..love it & a boiled egg & my much needed
& remember how it
feels to be too full.
The rest of this week will consist of lots of veggies..& extra exercise & setting down a
serious memory of ...twas nice to eat out..but you do not need to eat so much. OH hey at
least I wasn't licking the plate!!
Storms coming our way tomorrow...woodbox stuffed..got some beans to put on with ham..
cornbread & onions ..yeah that will do. There is a huge salad in the fridge
so no excuse for not dancing with Mr T ..got a new DVD to watch & then work out to..
I might even break out some of my Richard Simmons DVD's & jump on board with those!
Protein shake for lunch ..lite ..then salad & perhaps chicken for supper..apple for a snack.
wa la..my day is planned. Good 'O & for now ..away I go!
