A new beginning... again.

Well, I obviously didn't reach my goal weight again by October 1st, as I had last planned on. Instead, I focused on the stresses of life and let them dictate my lifestyle.
I've had some things going on, and I was using them as an excuse. But, everyone has stress... everyone has situations arise that make it difficult, both physically and emotionally, to stay on this healthy living journey. I can't choose to use mine as an excuse anymore. If anything, using these stresses as excuses is making my situation worse.
This is my life. This is my health. This is my happiness. This is my future.
And, so, I am back on SparkPeople (at least I keep coming back!) and, I am really hoping that I have the determination to stick to it this time. I've reached my goal before, I just need to do it again.
- Reach 145 by my 29th Birthday (May 1st)
- Exercise 5 days a week (3 Zumba, 2 other)
- Track my food every day (Thanksgiving & Christmas are exceptions!)
We are heading into the holidays, so I know it will be tough to start, but I need to do this, for me.
