3 pound gain what am I doing wrong???

What am I doing wrong beside sodium being OUT OF CONTROL! I think it was week three I advanced to the Leslie Sansone's three mile walk . I just advanced to 8 pound weights for strength training and one to two days a week I do a 5 mile Leslie Sansone walk. I finally started doing yoga once a week last week. Also my legs and public transportation are how I get were I am going so I can walk any where between a half a mile up to two miles a day in short increments . My protein averages 80 grams daily. I drink 8 plus glasses of water a day. I sleep 8 hours plus a night with the exception of 2 nights this week that I only slept 6 due to pain.
week 0 I averaged calorie intake 1634 per week (pre-challenge/practice week) ;SODIUM 2609 ; weekly calories averaged burn 1131 1 pound lost
week 1 averaged 1569 calories per week; averaged calorie burn 1089 3 pounds lost
week 2 averaged calorie intake 1492 calories per week;average calorie burn 1142 3 pounds lost
week 3 averaged calorie intake 2008 calories per week; average weekly calorie burn 1187 2 pounds lost ****I had my first period in 7 months**** perimenopause
week 4 average calorie intake 1794; SODIUM 3634; average weekly calorie burn 665 1 pound lost during this week I actually got on the scale of couple of different time at one point I gained 9 pounds lost 5 gained a couple ....
week 5 averaged calorie intake 1179 carbs drop average of 100 ;SODIUM 3024; average calories burned 863 0 pounds lost did the lose gain lose gain again and balance at a 0 loss on Friday night
week 6 averaged calorie intake 1675; carbs continue to be low 100's ; SODIUM 3331; average calories burned 1609 gained 3 pounds grrr
*get the sodium within normal limits
* get carbs within normal limits, which proves to be a little challenge as I need to limit grains due to the abdominal pain they seem to cause I eat a lot of fruits and veggies already flax seed?
* I don't know what to do work out more work out less eat more eat less? if it was just one bad week but three in a row. I did start new a new medication 2 weeks ago Topamax its supposed to be a preventative for migraines with a side effect of decreased appetite and weight loss lol.
I feel like I've really let my challenge team mates down sorry.
