Well this week I had a slight gain. Not really surprised because I have been cheating here and there. When you really start watching your food intake you can tell when you are overdoing it. It's been a little difficult making healthy food choices lately because I have been trying to keep exercising while still getting ready for the upcoming holidays. I have already started some shopping and decorating. I decorate for both Thanksgiving as well as Christmas not to mention the normal everyday chores and working full time. So you know my days are filled. So this week I will try to stay more focused but of course its Thanksgiving so I'm not sure how the week will go. Speaking of Thanksgiving I am grateful for my family, friends including those on Spark, and my health. So this Thanksgiving I will remember the positive things in my life and say a prayer of Thanks for all my blessings. Wishing you all a wonderful Thanksgiving. Don't forget to eat healthy!

    I hear'll be okay... :) Like you, I'm a little nervous about losing focus around the holidays, but luckily I've already lost focus! LOL! No, seriously, I think there are quite a few of us who share your concern as we're approaching this year's holidays with a bit of a different attitude. As Michelle said, I think the key is mindfulness, so that's my goal. Come January 1, what a victory it will be to look back on all the positive choices we've made!
