Juice Cleanse Day 1-2

Day 1: was easier than I anticipated. I juiced in the morning and made sure to take my lunch with me to work so I wouldn't be tempted. I had a third juice by Blueprint Juices for dinner and felt very satisfied. I stayed up to about 2am at which my stomach began to growl and I decided it was time to knock out, haha.

Day 2: is going well. I had another Blueprint Juice for lunch, (slept through breakfast) and am about to go make a juice for dinner and also for a post work out snack.

I'm trying to go for 15 days, and if that goes well, then 30 days!! Wish me luck!!

    Hey OHANAMAMA :) Yesss, they are so good!! Yes, I have seen the documentary by Joe Cross, he's so awesome! I had a hard time sticking with it as well, definitely easier said than done!

    I have never heard of blueprint juices, are they good?
    I tried juicing so many time only to blow it in the evenings after work. :/
    Have you seen Fat Sick and Nearly Dead? Joe Cross's (aka Joe the Juicer's) journey to slimness and health through juicing. I've seen it several times and it's motivating... if only I could stick with it myself!!!!
