December 1st already!

Wow, we are right about the corner charging into a new year! I have been MIA and regret not keeping in touch with members and working my programs as well as I could have.

Today is the first day that my stitches from my surgery in October look nearly healed. So today was the first day that I walked on the treadmill. It is funny. After my surgery my doctor told me no exercise...just regular walking was all I could do. I missed my treadmill and my exercise! Yet, I did not keep up with my tracking...which I should have. But it just felt so much like just working half the program. I know that I should have accepted that and keep tracking...but I did not. However, I did eat healthy and continued to make good choices. I think I did a half hazard program...I continued to work on purging my closet of my larger clothing.

The main thing I have to work on is getting more involved because I know you get more out of Spark People when you give back. I am grateful for the goals that I have reached with the help of Spark People and will work to continue to reach my goals and share the spark!!

Glad to hear you are healing so well and can get back in the swing of SP.

It is wonderful that you have made enough progress to make good, healthy choices even if your not tracking. emoticon

    Welcome back.

I'm glad your stitches are finally healed. Sometimes that can take a really long time.

    Good to see you back!
