Here we are at the end of yet a another year, I have been a Team Leader on the Quick Fire team since 10/09 and there are days that I have missed even was completely burnt out. Because of too many things happening at once.
Hoping to get things back on track. I have had a personal set back, this year a foot injury. I hope that once I have completely healed I can finally move forward.
Goals for 2014 (starting when I have healed really)
Training for 5k to a run /jog /walk
at least 3 - 5k's and by the last one running more than 1/2
losing 15-20 in the process of preparing for the 5k events
but those goals seem so far away right now, I cant even walk 1 mile with pain.
but my main goal is to have my foot at 100%
Foot pain is the WORST !! Torn tendon, torn ligament!! I was in an air cast for 8 weeks and I am still in the healing process.
Goals for this team leader to make more time in being present on the team page when time allows. I am a firm believer that getting out and playing, AWAY from the tv and computer are key elements in reaching your goals. So get up and go play. be a kid. Swing on the swings run with your kids swim with them, JUST PLAY!
plans for Quick Fire team is as follows :
As the cold months ahead have us wishing for warmer
weather, my challenge to you is to TRY the Quick Fire
every day.. what do you have to lose, Every"WEAK" I
have picked a different QuickFire.
Starting Jan 2 - Feb 28 everyWEAK day will be something different change is good working those not so favorite spots "butt" the ones we all hate. The WEEKENDS will be a combo day, to break things up just a bit.
Make sure you at least try the Quickfire and who knows you might love to hate the end result.

Thank you for all the work you do as team leader I enjoy at least trying to do the daily quickfire challenge even if that is all I do all day. Hope your foot heals soon
