Day #1 - Jane Fonda Yoga (Easy if you've never done yoga or u want a gentle stretch)
45 minutes on the Treadmill AFTER dinner/Ab Work on Ab Lounge.
Day #2 - Walked my Pooch/Leslie Sansone Walk It Off In 30 DVD (tougher one)/Winsor
Hips/Butt/Thighs/Tami Lee Webb Stretch DVD
Day #3 - Body Gospel Revival Interval Cardio/Later will do a Weight Training DVD/
get on my Treadmill After Dinner/Lite Ab Work.
