Spark coach excercise:
Plan meals in advance each week before shopping
Put some money (£1) in a jar each time I fully track my meals. Reward self at the end of each month. ( I am on a tight budget but each time I stop myself from buying unhealthy snacks and walk instead of paying bus fare I can put that aside for this reward)
Work my way up to full pressups or/and hughest number of continuos pushups ( I have not yet managed modified ones yet still on all fours. Have just started moving to modified position)
Revisit in a month's time 9th January.
