I decided that I should check in once a week with my stats and keep things consistent. Unfortunately, I decided that after I'd already weighed. So. Yesterday's weight will count as today's.

Last week: 240.4
This week: 238

Here's my workout schedule for this week.
S: strength (x)
M: cardio (x)
T: strength (x)
W: rest
T: cardio ()
F: strength ()
S: cardio ()

I'm starting the 8 week workout challenge for diabetics even though I'm not diabetic. Why? This time of year, I'm susceptible to lots of asthma related complications as well as falling off the exercise wagon. I feel like the modifications and the set schedule will really help me with both of these. How has your week gone?

    Sounds like you have a great plan for the week. I had a good week and have done both cardio and strength most day. Snow shoveling today emoticon
