Time to focus on me again!

So I just got back to land and getting ready to go home for a month. I want to use this month to focus on my health again. Great timing too, since it is the holidays. Hopefully that means I don't gain during the holidays and last year I managed to lose during the holidays!
So this past contract sept- dec, I managed to maintain my weight!! It might have something to do with I'm at my plateau weight. I had boats where it was difficult to get movement in. I was sub par on my crunches. I was ok on my first boat, but my second boat I slacked until the end. I've been good about crunches and starting to stretch again currently now that I'm out of Dutch harbor. I hope to keep this trend at home and use the gym 4-5x a week. I have been much healthier now that I have control of my food again. I realllllly want to order papa johns and I have restrained thus far. Once I'm home I won't have the urge. I just have to make it the rest of the week without ordering it. If I have enough food here, I'll have a fighting chance. I'm frugal and hate wasting food.
This summer I travelled for several months and maintained 235 for 2 months. Then I went on a cruise with my family for 2 weeks and gained 10 pounds. I haven't been able to drop it again. I think that is my goal this next month. I want to drop that 10 pounds, get off this plateau, and kick start next contract. I managed to lose weight most of the beginning of the year and I think it was due to fact that I was losing 1-2 pounds a week before getting on the boat. So I'd LOVE to replicate that!!
I do have to feel good that I am better than I was a year ago. I started 13 months ago and had lost around 5 pounds. I was 280 13 months ago, I think 275ish a year ago. So I'm still almost 30 pounds down!! That's something to remind myself. Even though the past 6 months were maintain mode, at least my body knows not to go back to my top weight.
Time to break this plateau and move on!!!! So excited for this next month!
