Well, the lack of blogs show it - the last few weeks haven't been the greatest.
I know I'm in this for the long haul, and however long it takes I'll get there. Now if I could keep my focus, and momentum, I'd get there faster lol
Health issues continue to plague me, which doesn't help me out with the whole mental aspect to weight loss.

Goals for this week -
some form of exercise 5+ days.
TRACKING - everything. Slacking in this big time, and I know I have to track in order to succeed.
Water - having too much coffee/tea...need to get in good old water.
Food blog - get back to posting pics of meals - good mental reminder for tracking, as well as the accountability.
End this challenge with a LOSS.

Beyond this week, I am committed to staying connected with the team in between challenges. Hoping I am able to stay in the Jungle for another round!
