Finally a Plan for the Tumor

Wednesday, December 18, 2013

Surgery is out, the tumor is too large. Trying to remove it would damage my airway. I start radiation tomorrow and chemo Friday.

The tumor just made me feel my lung was going to pop. Strange where we find relief. My daughter does aromatherapy in her massage business and was telling her about it and how I could not sleep more than 3 or 4 hours. She brought over some Frankincense essential oil and rubbed it on my back where I was having so much pressure. Within 2 hours I got relief. She also brought over Lavender and Cedarwood essential oils and told me to sprinkle it on the bottom of my feet, then rub them together. I slept a deep sold 8 hours without waking once. It makes me realize I can kick this cancer one more time as long as I can get sleep. We all know the body cannot heal on 3 or 4 hours sleep. So feel 100% better, now that I have a plan and can sleep.

Hope everyone is finding what they need to help them. Look up Frankincense and Myrrh in Wikipedia to find the healing qualities and now I finally understand why they were right up there with Gold when the Wise Men presented these gifts for the Christ child.

Again I thank everyone of you for all the prayers and encouragements you have given me. Those are also gifts that are priceless.

Hi Pat: Great plan! Great sleep! Great daughter! emoticon

Sorry I haven't been well since Thursday and finally decided to answer some mail. So pleased to read about you starting the radiation and chemo. Fingers x'ed and prayers for you.

I have been thru 6 weeks of radiotherapy and my advice is buy a mountain of sorbelene and rub it in 3, 4, 5 times a day.... a lot. It will give you a little more protection from the burn. Mine was in 2009 and I still use sorbelene. It's good stuff. Good luck Sweetie.

    Hi Pat..........
How wonderful that your daughter could help you with the essential oils. One of my friends is a doctor of naturopathy (I think that's right?) and she uses essential oils for many different treatments. A lot of her therapy also uses very old Chinese treatments and she has had great success with her patients.
I will continue to pray for your chemo and radiation treatments and also that you continue to sleep good.
    Merry Christmas.........

Sorry to see you are going through all this. I will add you to my prayers. Maybe the radiation & chemo will shrink the tumor enough to allow surgery. That was the case with a friend.
