I was tried from the party yesterday and 2 nights of little today I did 30 minutes of exercise and then relaxed, I had time to read a few of my health news letters so thought I would share a few of the healthy tips.....

ALMONDS,rich source of vit. E, which helps ward off viral infections, opt for chopped almonds or almond butter it is absorbed easier

BLACK-EYED PEAS, rich in zinc and trace minerals to keep your immune system working.

CARROTS, rich in beta-carotene which helps the body ward off respiratory infections....

Mushrooms, they are rich in selenium

Tomatoes, rich in vit. C

Wild Salmon high in vit.D...which the immune system needs to kill harmful bacteria and viruses..

YOGURT-has probiotics strengthen the immune system....

so once again eat healthy and be healthy..hoping everyone got a flu shot and they stay healthy this winter....

Have a healthy week...only 3 more days till Christmas...

We had a wonderful Christmas party last night with our family, hoping picture will come soon...I forgot my camera so have to get pictures from my sister....
