Christmas Day, 2013

We've had a very nice Christmas Day. Actually had to get the kids up this morning which was surprising! Everyone received things they liked very much and just had a good time being together. Here's a photo of my things minus the garage door opener unit that Tim got me for the new van. It will be much nicer than the huge one that hooks over the visor. I love the new warm robe especially (much needed) and the Minion the kids got me is fun. Love those Minions! (We're watching Despicable Me 2 right now...the family got me this DVD too.)
We had dinner around 1:00 p.m. and everything was delicious...or so I was told. I only had turkey, a small amount of gravy and green beans.
Dad was ready to head home about 3:00 p.m., but you could tell he'd had a nice day.
Maegann's eye looked much better this morning so thankful it was more surface than deep down. Thankful!
Tomorrow the kids are begging me to take them to Build-a-Bear to use their money/certificates they received. We may just go for it even though it's at the Boise Mall. (Ugh!) Maegann also wants to exchange a shirt her brother got her at Old Navy. I typically don't go near the stores the day after Christmas, but Tim will be working anyway so may as well take a field trip.
BL Challenge - Team Emerald: Tomorrow is our 2nd weigh-in for this challenge. I should put up a good number again now that things are working better again. Found I needed to add back in one of my supplements that helps burn fat cells. My body still isn't doing that strongly enough on its own for whatever reason. Anyway.... go team Emerald!!
