New year - New me?

I have to be the most undisciplined person I know. I want nothing more than to lose weight and in the next moment I'm like sure I'll have dessert.
Why is weight so much easier to put on than it is to take off.
I have to break the cycle. I want more out of life than sitting in a chair in my old age. Now for the hard part - making a life change. It's hard to believe in myself after failing so many times but deep inside I know I can do it. I have made all my goals in business, now it's time for my personal goals to take center stage.
No more 'dieting'. It's time to make a lifestyle change. That means I will track my food intake, make healthy choices, cut out soda and drink water. I will exercise everyday, even if I only have 15 minutes to spare - it will be filled with some activity.
Rewards will include spending time quilting, an activity I truly enjoy and involves no calories!
Now to find some discipline and determination. I think some strategically placed pictures of how I look should help with this. 2014 is my year and I'm going to use it to become less of me! Happy New Me Year!!
