Still learning a lot

My forearms and calves have been hurting lately. Looked up possible reasons why with the exercising. I have a tendency to walk with my hands closed in a fist and swing too much. I am trying to focus on making sure I don't close my hands into fists and watch how much the arms swing and keep them close to body when walking. Hopefully this will make a difference in how the arms feel. Must remember to stretch to help the legs keep from stiffening up too much. Still so much more to learn. Not feeling a desire to do a full marathon but thinking a 5K might be in my future.
