When did this happen?

I so often feel blah. At this point in my life it has been going on for so long it felt normal to me. Which leads to curling up on the sofa and hiding for the day or more. Headaches, joint aches, icky tummy, bad weather blues, didn't matter why I felt blah it became a reason to hide. Today my stomach started to feel a little yucky and my first thought was: GO FOR A WALK. I listened to that voice and by the time I had walked half a mile I was feeling better.
In a matter of 3 months I have gone from sedentary to exercising 10 minutes a day 2-3 days a week to 2 miles a day or more 5-7 days a week. I can not tell you exactly when it became a daily routine and a need but I am there none the less.
There have been several changes with it.
1. I am able to walk longer than I have in years. I feel almost ready to spend a day at an amusement park again.
2. The mindset still has it's negative moments but I am able to redirect my thoughts into a more positive direction faster.
3. For the first time I can remember I feel like reaching my goal weight is truly possible, not just a dream.
Thank you SP for having the tools available for me to reach this point and be able to reach for more.
