reviewing my success

I have time today to look back and see what I have done well and also what I have not done so well..

I am very proud o say exercise has become a very big part of my life.....I use to count down the days before my rest day, the day I did not have to exercise....now I have to figure out when was the last day I took a break...we all need a break...

I now always eat breakfast, a healthy breakfast...fiber one cereal , greek fat free yogurt, blueberries, flax seed and fish oil...I drink wonderful green tea....
I try and have a healthy meal lunch and dinner and have 2-3 snack....I do this at least 95% of the time...

I sleep well most of the time, I have worked hard to get a regular sleep pattern..but sometimes no matter what I do I can't sleep...

I am also PROUD to say I have not eaten fast food since April 2006.....seems hard to believe but true, gave up soda in 1986 ..

SO I now have a few things to work on....NUMBER 1....slow down when I eat, I eat way to fast...I have tried before but this year will be my year to eat slooooooooooooooooooooww....ch
ew more and enjoy the food I am eating....
I also need to eat less, I can't exercise enough to make up for over eating....
I also need to try to stop the negative thoughts ....I have to let go of the past, things that bring me down or remind me of what use to be....

I know with a lot of hard work and support from Spark People friends I can do this....
I know planning is the road to success.....

Everyday is a clean slate, a fresh start..I can only work on today. I have to learn to love myself no matter what...I have to be my top priority....I can't let anyone or anything get in my way of reaching my goals....even myself.....

I have made a lot of success here on Spark People and plan to continue.....
