Treadmill is calling my name ... finally!

Since starting this lifestyle change on Spark People, I have been great at logging all my food in the nutrition tracker and learning as much as I can here on this incredible website. Exercising has been pretty non-existent other than lawn mowing in the fall due to a very painful left heel due to plantar fasciitis. Well, that pain is mostly gone (due to my doing all the exercises/stretching, wearing inserts and not going barefoot). Time to slowly begin my walking on the treadmill. I don't want to rush it and hurt my heel again -- will wear the inserts in my walking shoes -- and just start. I have never done a weight loss program before without working out and working out a lot. Can't wait to get this body going again!! I know it is a crucial element to my ultimate success in this battle
