BSG January Challenge Goals! Snowy Owls

We are supposed to write about our progress from December and our goals for this month. Since didn't progress very well in December. I have decided to focus my blog on this months goals.
My main goal is to get back on track and stay there with both my nutrition and exercise. Since receiving my Bi-pap machine I can already feel my energy is getting beter. With more energy it will mean my stamina will improve.
I weight loss goal for this month is 4lbs. I think this is a reasonable expectation. I will except a lower loss if need be.
I also have goals of stopping the soda intake. I remember when I didn't drink soda a bouple of years ago and my weight loss was such better. Water is going to become by BEST FRiEND!
Thoset are my goals for this month.
