Worship was very nice this morning. The message was on making resolutions vs. life-change activities. It was an interesting way to look at it (I vote for life-changing.) After lunch I got busy going through my mom's photo albums and I pulled the ones I wanted to scan, put some in an envelope to send to my brother and the rest I pitched. I had a tough time doing that, but honestly I didn't know the people or places or they were duplicates of things I knew I had already. I'll share a couple with you.
Wasn't I cute? LOL
And a fun one I found of my mom. No idea what year other than she wasn't married yet so it had to be in the mid to late 40's.
I also spent time putting my flour blends together to save time in the coming weeks for baking. I accidentally made too much so I ended up baking a loaf of sandwich bread. So thankful I finally found a good gluten-free bread that holds together and isn't so heavy you can't stand it!
I also got things ready for homeschool co-op in the morning and hauled my "rolling crate of brains" as Maegann refers to it out to the van. I also loaded up two bags of clothes for the thrift store (more "too big" clothes!) and a pile of books that I'm giving away at co-op. Whatever is left will go to the thrift store.
Finally time to Spark and then do some labeling on the digital photos to put them on Google Drive for my brother to have access to them as well.
I am guessing tomorrow will be tiring as it is our first day back at co-op. Planning to get there by 8:30 just because I have no idea if the church remembers we are back tomorrow and I don't know how things were left in the storage cabinets our last day as I was in Colorado. I have a meeting at 7 p.m. at church with the rest of the leadership team for the Christmas Village that we did in December. Even though I wish it was a different night it will be a good meeting. Just to pool our thoughts on the event and things we'd like to see next time.

In the New Year...
May His presence be the source of your joy
May His promise be the confidence of your faith
(1 John 5:14);
May His power be the boldness of your witness
May His purity be the motivation of your heart
May His praise be the focus of your love
He who brings an offering of praise and thanksgiving honors and glorifies Me; and he who orders his way aright [who prepares the way that I may show him], to him I will demonstrate the salvation of God. Psalm 50:23 AMP
