ah-ha-the Sudbury Team Challenge!

I saw this on Facebook--stole it--thought it good to remember!
Well---This is week#1 of Team Sudbury's challenge---I have 1 more day-to-morrow---I have to say, that it has encouraged me to try harder-My weight has bounced up and down like a yo-yo-but--I haven't gained weight, as of to-day.
The challenge is to get to Onederland by March 1st---

Last night , after supper, I dragged my ol' body down to the Dreadmill, and put in 20 more minutes-(I had done 10 minutes in the morning)- Now , if I wasn't serious about this challenge, I'd never have gone down there at that time----
I have journaled every day since the challenge began---and the calories were riding around 1600 nearly every day-too high for me to lose weight---
I have tried to drink more water---
I have tried to not eat before bed--not always successful tho-

But-----Tis Monday----a new week--The Dreadmill is calling---
Son#2 the Air Canada Pilot is winging his way back to Toronto , from Deer Lake, Newfoundland-Himself is in the kitchen having his enormous breakfast---It's snowing outside-----
So--I guess we just keep chugging along---- hoping summer will one day be here!-Spark on Sparkly People!
