My weight has been pretty much up and down since high school, when I first tried losing weight in 11th grade. I lost weight here, gained it back there...blah, blah, blah.
The most I had ever weighed was 205 in January 2011.
The lowest I ever was as an adult was 176 back in December 2011.
Well, my highest has now changed. In August 2013, I had gone back up to about 195. Ugh. Then I was in a motorcycle accident August 20th, and managed to get up to 213 as of last week. I am so disgusted with myself. I was on crutches for two months and just sat around doing nothing, and even now, I can walk but it hurts and is hard for me to go out and walk like I used to, and I can't afford a gym membership.
But, as of today, I am down to 209.4!! I have been eating a whole lot better. Even though I can't really exercise, I know if I just eat right, I will keep going in the right direction. I am also doing yoga, stretches, push ups and using my weights as best as I can with my leg still not 100%. I am proud of myself, while still being disgusted with myself for letting it get this bad. Weird. Ha.
