Exhausted but loving it!

So in wanting to feel a boost from my exercise today I planned out the following workout:

5 minute warm up by walking
10 minutes nonstop jump rope then
4 sets of 25 jumping jacks, wall pushups, squats, and crunches with a ball in rotation
5 minute cool down by walking
Stretch

Thanks to my dear brother (14 yrs) being led to literally be in my face during my workout I pushed myself to leave all that I had in the workout. He was on me like his sensi's are at his dojo. For lack of hustle he demanded 5 more reps to the third set of crunches and the entire last set.

I shocked myself, but what made it more special was when my brother said to me 'I am proud of you. I didn't think you had it in you.' In that statement from him I felt a rush of satisfaction, which made me realize dear brother this is only the beginning! These are the moments that will help me make the difference to see and maintain results on this journey to healthier me. Thank you Lord!
