Not sure where they went...

the past two days I mean..I have been busier than a squirrel in the Fall & yet other than my
clean desktop & my re-arranged bedroom have nada to show for it. Although last nite at 10PM I was not sure I would be able to either fall into bed or get out of it this AM.



I have worked nites for most of my adult life..therefore when the sun goes down I am sure that it is time for me to start doing Something! So last nite it was my bedroom..was just gonna move a dresser..but then it was crowded & I had no where to hang my hats..a collection of them! So moved another table..then another..& then the bed...& then & then..until the room had been completely turned around..re-arranged & dusted..Vacuumed & shined to the hilt & I was so tired I hurt! But dern that room looks good!!

Does moving large dressers ..beds & so forth count as exercise? It was definitely on purpose type exercise. Upper body work out??? Oh Yeah!

I need to get a pedometer..my new team counts steps. That is something I have never done.
Can't afford the fancy Spark thingie..so will get me a pedo when I go to town .



That's pretty much been my rule for me. I set a goal that reflects miles or time..just never gave much thought to steps. So will be a learning experience for me .

These things have always been my measure of ...Are You Doing Enough...

So am excited to learn a new way to apply..& another method of measuring my efforts to..
be less than I am in volume...& the best I can be in condition.



Well that may be a bit overboard...cause I sure ain't gonna be as good as I was at 25!
But definitely will be in the best shape I have been in for a long time.



Now headed for the kitchen to cook up some good stuff...ya'al have a great nite & a better tomorrow!

    I was re arranging furniture yesterday too! Definitely counts as an upperbody workout!!!! I know I was sore afterwards :)

    When you can look back on a day and say 'I was moving around doing and didn't sit watching TV or (fill in)' the it is a good active day even if you think you've got nothing to show for it

    Moving furniture is definitely exercise. So is cleaning. Double whammy! Burning calories and a clean house.

    I love all the pictures! I totally would count all the furniture moving as exercise! I am saving up for the Spark tracker but right now I am getting myself a simple pedometer so I can count steps with the team as well. Good Luck!
