A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition give you an extra push? Yes the accountability and team camaraderie are extremely helpful and motivating
B is for BLC rounds... Newbie?(first BLC round) Oldie?(1-3 rounds) Goldie?(long time BLCer)? Former BLC team(s)? Oldie - back for round 3 with the Tigers :)
C is for CHILDREN...you have? 2 girls - 21 and 18
D is for DOWNFALL...what's you're biggest temptation/excuse? laziness... emoticon
E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? I prefer to be a night owl, but don't know how to sleep in..thus...never enough sleep emoticon
F is for FURRY FRIENDS...you have? None - used to and love them, maybe another someday emoticon
G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? depends if I am doing well - today - green juice, fresh berries, zucchini, bean sprouts, rice pasta, tomato paste, and ....a chocolate bar and starburst emoticon
H is for HOME...where do you call home? Ontario, Canada - buried in snow at the moment
I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration? not sure
J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? I work with adults with developmental disabilities
K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your healthy focus when short on time? tracking - and pre planning meals
L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers? Yes when doing well
M is for MARRIED, Single, Involved? Married
N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname? what need to do - eat - well, train - exercise, sleep - more
O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? again, depends if I am doing well - lots, it goes by the wayside quickly if I get off-track
P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? same as for ounces, though still do eat quite a bit, but much more focused and increase in 'freggies' when focused.
Q is for QUOTE...what's your favorite? right now - 'Your stomach shouldnt be a waste basket' trying to get refocused on nutrition and eating well
R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? optimally 5-6 days - 45 - 75 min a day
S is for STATURE...How tall are you? 5'2 emoticon
T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? eastern
U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? reading, internet, getting into making cards, and starting 2 courses, though thats maybe not 'unwinding'
V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? New Zealand, though anywhere without snow sounds good right now
W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? when on track yes
X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? get focused again - reinforce the habits I know work, and keep them habits.
Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? no more dwelling...
Z is for ZERO...name one weight loss tool you couldn't live without? Tracker - would be lost without it. And my gym membership
