Strength training 3 days week:
Wii EA Active/Wii Fit 2 days Week
Yoga 2 days Week
I'm still going to need my walker when I'm working but I aiming to add more variety in my cardio workouts such as Nichole's cardio DVD that I received with The Spark Solution last summer. Sparkpeople has a lot of videos I can stream through my tv via Youtube. The possibilities of mixing it up are endless thanks to technology. I don't know how successful I will be at many of these due to my slightly limited mobility, but I have to try . I exceeded my expectations in the Fall Challenge by started out at WALP 2 mile. Eight weeks later I started walking 4 miles. I've had a bit of a set back with bronchitis so I may have to start back at the 3 mile mark for a week or so, but I know it won't be for long. My goal is to to complete the WALP 5 Mega Miles by the end of the Winter Challenge, which I have already purchased. I thinking the Fitbit is going to be bringing out the competitive animal in me also in conjunction with my Polar FT7 Heart rate monitor that I have already been using.
