I did my 2nd day of the C25K program today. It was a little more difficult than Day 1. I'm not sure why I hit the wall a little more today, but I'm ok with it. I know that progress will come from consistency.

It was a bit easier on my feet and legs as I bought a new pair of running shoes and focused much more on form. I have found that I tend to not run through my whole foot. I am working on that and when I'm conscious of it the running is much easier. None-the-less, it was a more difficult day as I mentioned. I just kept hitting a wall. I did the run-walk sets and had to stop early on two of the runs. I then skipped the 7th of 8 runs altogether and just walked through it. I did finish off the 8th run pretty strong though.

Like I mentioned earlier, I'm not worried about my performance today (or any day right now). I know that I am improving my overall fitness and in turn will find this easier. I know that I'm going to be repeating week 1 of the program at least once, maybe a few times. But I didn't start this to try to push through to run a 5K right away. I started this training program to improve my health and that I'm sure it is doing.
