Well this is what happens when you decide to take a break! The holidays were great but now it is time to buckle back down and get back to work. I must get back to the routine of drinking the water weighing my food exercising and being accountable for my actions! Today is day 1 again but I am in a much better place than I have ever been. I have still lost 33lbs! I did gain 5 over the last month but this journey is going to have its ups and downs and it could have been a lot worse. Its amazing how your old habits creep back into your life, you can make excuses for everything but today day 1 the excuses stop again! This blog is part of the process, it lets me verbalize the bad habits and reinforces me to stop them. I am once again determined to get healthy I cannot let the last month halt my progress. I am strong and healthy and will continue to get stronger and healthier. I deserve this! I am worth it! So my goal this week is to drink 8 glasses of water, eat healthier and weigh my food. Also get back to posting what I am eating good or bad! I stopped recording because I was eating to many things I should not have. It's like if I didn't write it down it didn't happen. Really? Who was I kidding! Also going to get back to the gym, if not 6 days then at least 3 days. Little steps in the right direction thats my goal. Wishing you all a wonderful week!     Yes, the break is over. You may be 5 lbs up but focus on that 33 lbs down and get back to work. You are right about it being so easy to fall back into those bad habits. You can do this!

    Good for you for not letting a bad month get you down! You're so right - I always feel better once I've written things down and made myself accountable.
