2014 Winter Challenge Triggers

I have food triggers like:
- crunchy foods like crackers, pita chips
They're brand and mood specific. I can not can not not have sweets in my house period. I don't buy them. When people buy them for me I give them away. I am aware of my trigger foods and normally keep them out of my environment. I have slipped up thinking its okay to have them but I fail again. So if there's anything left I toss them and go back to square one.
The initial food trigger is not out of control on its own. I have a person trigger that triggers the food trigger. Sounds complicated right! When I am forced to deal with that person and I am several times a week I will eat anything. I will binge on chicken or anything in the house. Its not about trigger food its about emotions and how they are toyed with. Its about dealing with abuse past and current. I've been using meditation to deal with these emotions for a number of years. Although I must admit not consistently the two years. I need write in my journal and process these emotions rather than bury them in food.
