A better mode, at least for the time being

Have been doing 10,000 steps a day for the past 3 days and over 7,000 a day before that. Exercise video everyday. Sinus infection is on the way to being all better, can breathe through the nose with no trouble now. Has gotten easier to hit within calorie range, when I first started was going under too often. Used to eat dinner and snacks at night only before I started tracking. No more sugar in my tea. 2 tsp of sugar in my cup of coffee and have two cups of coffee a day. No more regular cigs and have gotten to where I do Light cartridge of nicotine on the e-cig and it is lasting two-three days per cartridge.

I have my ups and downs during all these changes and some days are really rough and then others feel like a breeze. So glad today is a breeze day, was more than ready for a more positive day without fighting with myself to feel good about everything.

I know my period is coming and will feel yucky for a few days.

I am going to enjoy this mode while I have it.
