I came back to Spark a couple weeks ago. I had gotten busy with moving, getting divorced, taking care of a toddler, getting a new job, and going back to school...But I have gained all the weight back that I had lost because I quit taking time for myself.
My current goal is to get to 265.
I am tracking my food, sometimes on here but if i cant get online I put it on paper. I also have a journal for my weigh ins and a calender for my workouts. I know what I need to do I just need to stay committed to it. It's just so easy to let everyone else come first but I can't keep doing that.
