Over the weekend I got a craving for pizza. Every day for the past 3-4 days I have been wanting pizza. Today I felt a little less energized and asked bf to stop and get a pizza for dinner. I would have in the past eaten half the pizza but I chose to have 2 slices and suffice at that. For the next two days I will have one slice for lunch each day.
Can put a craving off for only so long it seems. LoL
I gave in but did it with portion control and working into my calories and such for the day.
