Day 6 of Combat.

We took a rest day today instead of whenever it is suppose to be. So, I did stretch and strength and watched the Basics dvd that you should watch before you start the program. Yes, that is a little backwards, but I think it will help. I wanted to do something for today, but kept it a bit low key since my muscles are sore and I thought they could use the rest. Can't wait to do tomorrow's workout. :)
