Snacking really did squash my cravings. Started to have some cravings yesterday, but snacked on 1 fruit, 1 protein/fat (cheese or PB) and," voila", no more craving. AND I lost .2lbs. so apparently only good came out of a well-timed, proportioned snack. I even had two pieces of bread yesterday (usually a no-no for me).
