2014 Goals

As part of my BLC24 Weekend Challenge, I am posting my goals for this year.

My main goal is to lose 60 lbs by Dec. 31, 2014.

I'm going to do this by:

Losing 1-2 lbs per week.

Exercising at least 4 days a week for at least 30 minutes per day. If I can do 5 or 6 days, great! If I can do more than 30 minutes, super!

Eating at least 3 fruits/veggies per day.

Walking at least 7,000 steps 5 days a week (using my Fitbit Zip to track).

I think these are attainable goals for me. The rewards will be great! I will be healthier. I will look better. I will feel more confident. I will be able to move easier and without fatigue. I can go on and on.
