Had a great day, today

Now it didn't involve as much exercise as I have been doing. Friend called and invited us over for a cookout today but already had plans to go to Kobe's Japanese Steakhouse for dinner, Christmas present from my mom. But son is visiting and he decided to go chill with them and eat steak. Another friend was there we know and she was dating a previous roommate of ours and she needed some advice. I saw red flags in the relationship from the start and tried to encourage her back when it started to not let him take advantage of her niceness. It appears he got even more controlling and agressive with her since he moved out. After our talk she broke upw ith him and I believe she will not be going back. Did some grocery shopping, the butcher was very supportive when I asked if he could cut up the loin into 4 oz. chops for me and made sure the nutrition label was put into the package as well. The guy at the deli helped us find lower sodium deli meat for sandwiches. Went to Kobe's for dinner and they offer a low carb style of their Teppanyaki so I got a lot of veggies and no noodles or rice. Did the 9 ox. chicken teriyaki style, still a lot of sodium but less than they soy sauce could have gone down no soy but then they add butter and salt instead to the cooking. Only had half the dinner and have brought the other half home for a night of leftovers. Drank nothing but lemon water with the meal, figured that was the best option with how much sodium would be in the meal. Then came home and went right back out for our nightly 1 1/2 mile walk. Oh and the girl I mentioned early as soon as she opened the door and saw me her first response was wow you have lost weight you look great. One small hiccup today but nothing I need to dwell on.
