Hi all! This week I lost 1.5lb emoticon I was a little surprised because I did not do as well as I could have. I did not track my food every day I might have did it 2x's this week but I was much more mindful of what I was eating. I did get to the gym 3x's this week and did have good work outs and I did drink between 6 and 8 glasses of water at least 5 days this week. So looking back I did do better this week.
I'm going to make a large batch of chicken soup today, we are suppose to get a artic blast again so the soup will be welcome supper when I come home from work. Wishing everyone a wonderful week. Try and stay on track its the little choices we make that will get us to our goal. I must stop or at least reduce the late night snacking thats going to be what I will focus on.

    Congrats on the loss! Isn't it funny how when you look back on it, you do better than what you think you did. Keep up the great work! It is gonna get cold here again too. Bundle up!!

    Great job, congrats on the loss. Certainly not arctic anything here. We had 60 degrees today, in Co. This weather is something else. We need water bad. We haven't had any real snow since before the holidays.

    emoticon Way to go, Karen! I think it's really interesting how each of us needs to find the specific combination of things that works best for us. Looks as if you've found the magic formula! Your chicken soup sounds like a wonderful to make some for us, too, so thanks for the inspiration!
